Meet Jonathan R. Tansky

Jonathan's interest in commercial real estate began over 20 years ago, when he helped evaluate branch sites for Flagstar Bank. After obtaining an MBA in Supply Chain Management, he joined the Fort Myers lending branch as Sales Manager in 2002. Three years later, Jonathan owned & operated a successful title company in Naples before managing the settlement activities of a law firm.

During the real estate downturn, he began selling real estate and became a trusted resource for asset managers, expertly completing thousands of property valuations. Wanting to design the perfect real estate company, he opened his own brokerage in 2016. Today, Gulf Coast Elite Realty works with clients from Marco Island to Tampa. After participating in more than 1000 sales transactions and managing over 100 rental properties, Jonathan remains most proud of the relationships made during the course of business.
